Monday night dinner

We were back in action last week with Quinoa burgers from 101 cookbooks, steamed veg and of course roasted potatoes.

  1. Quinoa burgers — who knew?! A complete protein in a grain. I will definitely be trying this meal out. Healthy and beautiful; great job Team Irish Kitchen Love! But might want to tone it down with the Nutella. I know it’s good but like three times in one week?
