To Arthur

I should probably insert a Guinness recipe here to celebrate Arthur’s Day, but instead I’d like to propose a toast to Eddie, the bar tender at Steppes in Callan who is so very good to us and makes a brilliant Irish Flag.

3/4 ounce green creme de menthe

3/4 ounce irish cream

3/4 ounce brandy
